• Your group is not confirmed until we have received a roster of participants and a deposit for any belay staff and you have received a confirmation email for your booking.

• If you have any questions that are not answered in the Group Request Form, please email info@insightclimbing.com.

Requirements

​

• Groups may not exceed  ratio of 1 belayer to 8 climbers (while we require a ratio of 1:8, we advise a ratio of 1:5).

• Groups may not exceed a ratio of 1 adult to 5 youth (13 years old and under).

• These ratios can be met by supplying your own supervisors or by reserving Insight Climbing & Movement staff as supervisors.

• All climbers 13 and under must be supervised by individuals 14 years old and older.

• Adult supervision is required for any climber(s) in the facility at all times.
